By using our hosting services, you’re agreeing to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, that’s totally fine - but you shouldn’t use the service. Using the service = you’ve read this and nodded along. No hidden tricks, no small print jump scares.
2. What We Actually Do We provide website hosting.
That means server space, bandwidth, and support so your website can exist on the internet without falling over. We aim for excellent uptime and smooth running, but occasionally we need to do maintenance or the internet has a moment. We’ll always try to minimise disruption and keep things sensible.
3. Your Responsibilities (AKA: Don’t Be a Dick)
You’re responsible for: What you upload Keeping your site secure Following the law Backing up your own data (seriously, do it) Keeping your login details safe We do not host anything illegal, spammy, or dodgy. That includes (but is not limited to):
- Malware, phishing, hacking tools
- Copyright theft Spam factories
- Pornographic or exploitative content
- Anything that makes lawyers sit up straight If it’s illegal, shady, or clearly taking the piss - we won’t host it.
Simple rule: if you wouldn’t proudly explain it to us over a pint, don’t put it on our servers.
4. Payment & Billing (Yes, We Like Being Paid)
You agree to pay for the hosting plan you choose. Billing details, cycles, and payment methods are shown clearly on our website. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. If payments stop, services may be suspended or terminated. We don’t offer refunds for unused time - once the server space is reserved, it’s reserved.
5. Termination (How to Get Booted)
We can suspend or terminate your service if you break these terms or cause harm to our systems, network, or reputation. If your account is terminated due to violations, you may lose access to your website and data - so again, backups are your friend. If things go seriously sideways, we reserve the right to take further action where necessary.
6. Limitation of Liability (The Sensible Reality Check)
We’re not responsible for losses or damages caused by the use (or inability to use) our services - including direct, indirect, or “well that escalated quickly” damages. We work hard to keep things secure and reliable, but no online service is invincible. By using our hosting, you accept that there’s always some level of risk.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll let you know via email or a clear notice on our website. If you keep using the service after changes are made, that counts as acceptance - so it’s worth having a glance now and then.
